COMPPARE patient stakeholders determined that a video would be a key element in our patient recruitment strategy. The Minority Engagement Group also decided that a real prostate cancer survivor was necessary to ensure authenticity and build a genuine connection with patients. Enter the exceptional Creative Works Team at UF Health Lifelong Learning, the script-writing acumen of Ron Nelson (patient stakeholder), and the theatrical talents of Tarik Minor and his father Calvin, a prostate cancer survivor! We completed filming in October, and the video is currently undergoing final edits. We look forward to sharing it with you soon!
